Although you should go alittle faster, what's your speed? (Fps.)
Try using different kind of hitsparks and keep up the good work.

When using the motion tween, don't make it to long or it will look slow and crappy, make some short so they can look fast and some blur effect to make it more animated.

Yeah, i sometimes use 35 but I mainly use 30fps.

Wait,actually I am good at Motion Tweening,it's just that the fps is 24.If it was 30,it would've gotten a lot faster.Get what I'm saying?

It's getting there, things I'd recommend doing is trying to add a little shake to the larger hits, to add more of a dramatic effect, and maybe try and get some really fast fighting going on, since they're in Super form, and they're the fastest things alive!
